WHY

  1. Why do we press harder on a remote control when we know the batteries are getting weak?
  2. Why do we keep pressing on an elevator button until the elevator comes?
  3. Why do banks charge a fee on "insufficient funds" when they know there is not enough?
  4. Why does someone believe you when you say there are four billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?
  5. Why doesn't glue stick to the bottle?
  6. Why do they use sterilized needles for death by lethal injection?
  7. Why doesn't Tarzan have a beard?
  8. Why does Superman stop bullets with his chest, but ducks when you throw a revolver at him?
  9. Why did Kamikaze pilots wear helmets?
  10. Whose idea was it to put an "S" in the word lisp?
  11. If people evolved from apes, why are there still apes?
  12. Why is it that no matter what color bubble bath you use, the bubbles are always white?
  13. Is there ever a day that mattresses are not on sale?
  14. Why do people constantly return to the refrigerator with hopes that something new to eat will be there?
  15. Why do people keep running over a string a dozen times with their vacuum cleaner, then reach down, pick it up, examine it, then put it down to give the vacuum one more chance?
  16. Why is it that no plastic bag will open from the end your first try?
  17. How do all those dead bugs get into those enclosed light fixtures?
  18. When we are in the supermarket and someone rams our ankle with a shopping cart, then apologizes for doing so, why do we say, "It's all right?" It isn't all right so why don't we say, "That hurt, you stupid idiot?
  19. "Why is it that whenever we attempt to catch something that's falling off the table, we always manage to knock something else over?
  20. In winter why do we try to keep the house as warm as it was in summer when we complain about the heat?
  21. How come you never hear father-in-law jokes?
  22. And my FAVORITE....The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends. If they're okay, then it's YOU!

YEAH !!!! We have AC now... I am so happy and so are the boys.. Today has been a fun Day. Jesse and I went to church, then we went to a Birthday party at McDonald's for a cousin... WOW I am now convinced more than ever that some people should NOT have children. There was a lady there with 2 boys . One was about Noah's age and the other about 8 or 9... The younger one kept taking his shorts and underwear off and running around..AAAHHHHHHHHHHH ... They mom would run and grab him and put them back on him... OH GOOD LORD......take your child home... She stayed there for about 2 hours... I really wanted to grab her and shake her and say WAKE UP......your kids are horrible...!!! oh well... When we finally got in the car I thanked our boys for being so good.... .. It could always be worse..... my thought for the day..

I hate hot weather... Even more than that I hate NO AC when it is hot... Our Ac went out and it is 93 outside... But it is 90 inside.. the kids are miserable...ME too..I don't like to sweat... I don't like to complain either but GOODNESS it's hot.... You never miss the AC until you can't use it.. I think we are sending the boys to Tim's parents to get a little cooler...

I am going to enter the world of blogging... I just wanted to have a way to let our family and friends know what is going on here... and a place to post recent pictures of our ever growing boys... Tim and I are the proud parents of 2 Great boys..Jesse is 10 ( going on 18) and Noah is 6.
Jesse is in the 5th grade now... Man where does the time go. It seems like yesterday I was taking him to Mothers Day out in Somerset.. Now I am asking him to reach something in the cabinet for me. He is now OFFICIALLY taller than his mother..( not saying a lot..) But it makes him so happy.. He loves sports, Basketball, baseball , football.... and is good at all of them.. I really enjoy seeing he and Tim out in the yard throwing footballs or baseballs. I think it is so funny to see Tim grab his hand and say "OUCH could ya slow it down a little".. He is making a lot of new friends this year in school.. Our house if the place to be I guess. I am so happy to walk in the living room or look out the door and see a ton of kids..
Noah started Kindergarten this year.. ALL DAY ... I was a little nervous about the all day thing , but he seems to love it.. He thinks his teacher is so pretty.. Great just what I needed My son has a crush on his teacher....He is learning so much, he already knew a lot.. He is really coming out of his shell this year..He will actually talk to people now.. He still has his moments.. He is loving eating in the cafeteria this year.. and he is eating.. I just can't believe that my baby( oh lord I just heard my mothers voice in my head) is 6 now... Wow I feel old...
I have gone back to work this year since the boys are both in school.. I love it.. I am a caregiver for older people.. Some of them are just the sweetest.. Others... very unusual... But I still have a good laugh. I have always enjoyed older people... Have a great day....
